Dispatched our commercial HVAC tech to a cash loan store in El Monte California. The site claimed their AC had gone down and store was very warm. Upon arrival found that the unit is extremely dirty: filters, coils dirty especially the evaporator, and the condensate clogged. Will need to open up the coils to properly clean the evaporator, quote to follow.
A cell phone store in El Monte California put in an urgent call for their AC not cooling. Our commercial HVAC tech found that there are multiple thermostats, standard and ZEN brand. He called in to tech support to troubleshoot but was not able to reach them after several calls and messages. Will return during standard business hours and continue troubleshooting.
